Guide to eating in Red Lion Street
Holborn’s hidden high street is choc-full of unusual dining options, so it’s well worth seeking a few of these out
After five years of turning the tables from their understatedly cool shop on Kentish Town Rd – complete with coffee bar and patio garden, no less – it is sad news that Camden has to say goodbye to Let It Roll Records. Their big closing down sale begins this Friday (3rd February) where you can snap up plenty of bargains, with 40% off all purchases as you bid farewell to another much-loved-but-struggling traditional record shop.
But all is not lost, since Camden Town is still an epicentre for crate digging today, even after years of closures of once fabled stores. So, for those of you with a distinctly circular itch that requires scratching with a special kind of needle (attached to a turntable) here’s where you can still satiate your vinyl-based music needs.
